Our Terms of Services and Privacy Policy - All must be agreed to and abided by for use of our services. Please be aware that Bitra Group reserves the right to modify them at any time, and without notice as is deemed necessary by Bitra Group.
 
 
Terms of Service
Bitra Group's primary objective is to value and support our subscribers wherever, whenever and however possible. Our management and staff will provide the highest level of attention and dedication to all of our subscribers.

In pursuit of our primary objective, Bitra Group agrees to deliver the agreed upon services, as declared in the "New Account" confirmation, to our customers at the time of purchase, subject to the following Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as TOS).

In addition, the use of Bitra Group's service(s) by a subscriber constitutes an unconditional acceptance of an agreement to Bitra Group's TOS. Bitra Group reserves the right to change or modify the TOS at any time without notice by posting the new agreement or policies. These modifications will become effective immediately. Your continued use of the site and or services indicates your agreement with our terms; therefore, it is your responsibility to review the TOS regularly.
 
Payment
Establishment of this service is dependent upon receipt of payment of stated charges by Bitra Group. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date of the month for that month's service or whichever is the selected billing cycle.
 
Failure to Pay
Bitra Group may temporarily deny or terminate service upon the failure of the subscriber to pay the charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve the subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges and any collection fees.
 
Subscriber Acknowledgement
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that the service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of Bitra Group and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are impossible to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that Bitra Group shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of Bitra Group. Subscriber further acknowledges that the Bitra Group's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall Bitra Group be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.
 
Suspension of Service or Cancellation
Bitra Group reserves the right to suspend network access to any subscriber if in the judgment of Bitra Group; the subscriber's account is the source or target of a violation of any of the terms of the TOS, or for any other reason which Bitra Group deems necessary.

If inappropriate or illegal activity is detected or brought to our attention by a third party, all accounts of the subscriber in question will be deactivated until our investigation is complete. Multiple violations of the TOS will result in permanent cancellation of the account without refund of any fee. Prior notification to the subscriber is not assured. In extreme cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity. The subscriber may not be credited for the time the subscriber's machines were suspended if the subscriber is found to be at fault. The subscriber is also responsible for maintaining a backup of his current data at all times. Upon the third violation of the terms of service no backups will be provided.
 
Miscellaneous Provisions
Subscriber must provide Bitra Group real and current contact information at all times. E-mail address, telephone and fax contacts are used, and in that order of preference.

Bitra Group takes no responsibility for any material placed on its network by others. Bitra Group disclaims any responsibility for any inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any other person or party's violation of this policy.
 
Indemnification
Each party (the "Indemnifying Party") hereby indemnifies the other party (the "Indemnified Party"), its officers, directors, employees and agents, and agrees to defend and hold them harmless from and against any and all liability, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from any claim, demand, action or proceeding based upon the alleged breach or untruthfulness of any of the Indemnifying Party's representations or warranties, or incurred in the settlement or avoidance of any such claim, provided, however, that the Indemnified Party shall give prompt notice to the Indemnifying Party of the assertion of any such claims and provided further that Indemnifying Party shall have the right to select counsel and control the defense thereof, subject to right of the Indemnified Party to participate therein.
 
Data Integrity
The subscriber is responsible for keeping a complete and current copy of their website files as a backup on a remote system (not solely on Bitra Group servers). Bitra Group is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost files, information or data.

Bitra Group has created this privacy statement to declare its forthright commitment to the privacy of its customers and users of this website. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Bitra Group uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its customers and users of its websites.
 
Log Files
Like most standard websites, we use log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. None of the information stored in the log files is linked to personally identifiable information.
 
Disclosure of Information
Bitra Group may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from users to investors and potential partners. In such cases, only statistical information will be disclosed and personally identifiable data will be kept strictly confidential. In case Bitra Group is sold, the information collected from users may be transferred to the new owners.

Bitra Group may from time to time engage third parties, including its own subsidiaries and affiliated companies, to preserve, analyze or otherwise store or manipulate data received by Bitra Group from its customers. In all such cases, third party service providers will be required to treat all such data with the same degree of care as Bitra Group and they will be prohibited from disclosing such data to any other person or party, except as otherwise provided for in this Privacy Policy.

We use various credit card processing companies to bill you for our services. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. No other third party services are used to provide the services you purchase from us; thusly no personally identifiable information is provided beyond our service.
 
Special Offers and Updates
Our customers and users will occasionally receive newsletters or e-mails with information on products, services, or special offers. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, Bitra Group gives them the opportunity to opt-out from receiving these types of communications.

Maintenance and Security of Information
The information provided to Bitra Group is saved and may be stored on one or more databases directly or indirectly maintained by Bitra Group. Bitra Group employs industry-standard security measures and is CISP certified to protect the confidentiality of the information. Machines that store sensitive customer information are kept in compliance with CISP regulations. These machines are heavily secured and firewalled, protected on an internal network. Backups are kept physically protected in secure locations.

While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur; we make every effort to prevent such occurrences. Any other particularly sensitive information, such as credit card numbers collected for commercial transactions, is encrypted prior to transmission by you to Bitra Group.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
